This week's topic was microworlds, which involved placing toys in certain positions with backgrounds in order to tell a story. I tried to use different backgrounds, which included shooting outside and with a computer screen image. I found this very fun and entertaining, but often had a hard time getting just the right amount of lighting and placing the toys in the ideal position.

ReplyDeleteReally cool photos! I think you accomplished this assignment extremely well. I especially like your second photo on the street. It adds a unique and intriguing story plot to your photo and creates a very realistic scene.

For example, in the second image you not only do a great job of capturing characters with an appropriate background, but I also like how you have the character interacting with each other. Great use of foreground background in your last two images.

ReplyDeletei love your last two pictures. the first shows a clear scene of war but the last one shows the diversity of scenarios. It feels like a story to me and was accurately displaayed on such a small scale which is hard.
